The Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ikechukwu Uwanna, has, on behalf of his colleagues and the entire membership of the Branch congratulated his immediate predecessor, Mr. Omoyemi Akangbe, on his recent appointment as a member of the Body of Benchers, the highest decision-making body in the legal profession in Nigeria.
Uwanna, who described Akangbe’s two-year tenure as Chairman of the Premier Bar as illustrious, prayed that God would grant the new Bencher the wisdom to act always in the best interests of the Bar, and wished him the very best of luck with the appointment.
