Bola Ahmed Tinubu making TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People List in the world in 2023 is a stain on the magazine’s reputation of close to a century as being the most authoritative and informative guide to what is happening in current affairs, politics, business, health, science and entertainment.

The magazine hastily and irresponsibly concluded that Tinubu won the Nigerian 2023 presidential election that is subject matter of litigation for obvious electorial mal practices by All Progressives Congress, Tinubu’s political party and the Independent National Electoral Commission
I challenge Times magazine to tell the whole world how Tinubu fought the Military to bring democracy to Nigeria . For the records those that actually fought the Military and suffered one way or the other were Chief Michael Adekunle Ajasin, Mallam Lawal Dambazzau, Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe, Chief Anthony Enahoro, Major General Adeyinka Adebayo (rtd.), Chief Bola Ige, Commodore Dan Suleiman, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife, Prof. Anya O.
