The NBA Women Forum is an arm of the Nigerian Bar Association, constitutionally established to address matters affecting the wellbeing of the Nigerian female lawyer.
The Forum aims at empowering female lawyers for success, by identifying and providing innovative solutions to key issues that affect female lawyers. It achieves this through advocacy, mentorship, organising workshops and conferences on gender issues, leadership, personal development, career growth, work life balance, et cetera.
Membership of the NBA Women Forum is open to female lawyers who are registered members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
