I heartily convey my sincere congratulations to you, Mr. Barth Okoye Aniche, on your well- merited appointment as the Regional Coordinator, Eastern Nigeria Committee of the African Bar Association (AFBA). Like so many who are familiar with your stewardship, I know you’ve worked very hard to reach this point, and it comes as no surprise that you’ve been recognized for your accomplishments in this manner, with this new and well-deserved assignment. Not only is this appointment a gratifying one, it is also a challenge to you going forward, as it calls for you to redouble your efforts to reposition the AFBA in terms of its engagement with lawyers and other stakeholders.
