The current flag bearer of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah is an accomplished business man, legal practitioner and renowned politician. He has clearly demonstrated his intentions to bring his decades of towering experience to the fore in the transformation of Enugu State into a major economic hub in Nigeria.
This explains his acceptance by all critical stakeholders in our polity comprising the church, legal practitioners, business owners, academics, and people from all other walks of life. He is a godly man with a heart of gold.
Dr Mbah recently launched an online database for unemployed Enugu graduates, targeted at capturing the statistics of the heaving unemployed graduates and youths in the state for job opportunities and capacity building development in the various sectors, because of his knack for development and excellence.
Dr Mbah’s philanthropy has been acclaimed by all, including the Bishop of Enugu Diocese who has praised him for being the first to support the water project in Mary Agro Farms at Omughu/Obunofia, Enugu State in 2018. Indeed, Dr Mbah is a polished leader and a pace setter who has successfully broken barriers in several fields of human endeavour, including business and politics. This is not surprising because of the saying by J. R. Oppenheimer that “in battle, in forest, at the precipice, in the mountains, on the great sea, in the midst of javelins and arrows, in sleep, in confusion, in the depths of shame, the good deeds a man has done before defend him.”
The man Dr Mbah is an embodiment of character and commitment which he has shown both in business as the founder of Pinnacle Oil and in the field of politics.
At the risk of prolixity, I dare to reiterate that leadership requires experience, and Dr. Peter Mbah’s track record speaks volume of his ability to deliver effective leadership to Ndi Enugu. I therefore urge us to look inwards and envision the future of our dear Enugu State with Dr. Peter Mbah as Governor.
The greatness of a people is not dependent on the amount of material and human resources available but directly on the efficient and effective harnessing and management of these resources.
Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah and Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai are well equipped with the needed experience required to harness all the human and material resources with which our dear Enugu State is blessed for the repositioning of our people in particular and Nigeria by extension.
