The theme: “The role of lawyers in a transitional democracy” is timely in the face of the coming electionary campaigns and forth coming elections into various political positions going on in Nigeria by various political parties and high expectations of changing the battle of leadership in the country and enthroning a leadership to the betterment of all citizens of the country.
In a letter written by Y.C Maikyau, President of NBA, seen on social media, he stated ” the recovery of this Nation can only start with the action of the Legal profession and there is no better time than now and no better body than this to key into this crusade that NBA has taken the lead to do”
The role of lawyers will mar or make the next transition successful.
The Law week shall be graces by candiates of different political parties in Enugu State.
