I have the singular pleasure of congratulating the Chairman, the Executive Committee, and tbe Planning Committee of the 2021 Law Week of the Aba Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), as well as the entire membership of the Branch, on the happy occasion of your Law Week, which commenced on Friday, 10th September, 2021.
I find the theme of the Law Week: “Modern Law Practice In a Depressed Economy” particularly instructive and apt in view of our present times and socio-economic circumstances. It is my expectation that, in the course of this Law Week programme, the Branch will examine the creative innovations as well as opportunities capable of adding value to the practice of law in Nigeria.
I look forward to the outcomes of your deliberations, as I’m confident that this event will turn out to be a most impacftul and inspiring Law Week.
