As political parties in Nigeria started to prepare for the 2023 presidential election, a newly formed group, the Welfare Party of Nigeria (WPN), held a meeting of its National Executive Committee and rated INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, as the best ever in the conduct of electoral affairs in Nigeria.
