I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to all distinguished delegates to the NBA Annual General Conference (2022) taking place at the Centre of Excellence, from 19th to 26th August, 2022.
The Theme of this year’s Conference, “Bold Transitions,” offers an opportunity to interrogate the past and engender an audacious plan for the future. The venue, Eko Atlantic City, one of the most audacious emerging cities in the world, is a testament to the philosophy of this year’s Conference.
The take aways from the rich engagements will not only be beneficial to the NBA as an institution, but shall greatly impact the nation’s political climate, especially with 2023 General Elections drawing nearer. The theme undoubtedly provides a daring forum for in-depth conversations on pertinent issues.
I anxiously anticipate the conference’s exhilarating activities, thought-provoking discussions, and life-altering encounters. I encourage everyone to be prepared to learn, network, and have fun, but above all, to make courageous strides toward improving oneself and acting as positive role models for one another.
