On Friday, July 8, 2022, lawyers from various branches of the Nigerian Bar Association attended the final party which was hosted in honor of J-K Gadzama, SAN at the Queens Park Events Center, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
In their usual fashion, both senior and young members of the NBA, Lagos State were seen grooving and rocking on the dance floor. With their energetic and trendy dance moves, they proved that there is indeed no party like a Lagos party.

Most of the distinguished guests such as the chairmen of the various NBA branches came all the way from their States to attend the event hosted in honor of the Learned Silk. The highlight of the party was the performance by a lawyer turned popular Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Folarin Falana also known as “Falz the bahd guy” in the music industry. It may interest you to know that he is the son of a foremost human rights activist and renowned Learned Silk, Femi Falana.
As you may already be aware, the news of the endorsement of J-K Gadzama, SAN by Femi Falana, SAN caused a buzz in the media and by way of solidarity, Falz passionately performed songs from his various albums at the event. Learned Silk, Joe-Kyari Gadzama and other members of the Bar were seen beaming with smiles and singing along during his performance. The Learned Silk showcased his dance steps while the sensational rapper and singer hyped him up.
It was truly an exhilarating night for all who attended. In the words of the younger generation, “the party was lit”. We are most certain that it was a historic night for members of the Bar who were present.
