A NOTE OF FELICITATION TO THE BENCH AND BAR IN RIVERS STATE.
I extend my heartfelt felicitations to the Honourable, the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Hon. Justice Simeon Chibuzor Amadi, DSSRS, the entire Bench and Bar in Rivers State on the occasion of the 2025/2026 Opening of Legal Year Ceremonies holding today, 17th, October, 2025.
The opening of legal year ceremony is an annual solemn ritual in thanksgiving to God and in reaffirmation of our collective duty to upholding the rule of law, dispense justice without fear or favour, and preserve the dignity and integrity of our noble profession.
