I heartily congratulate the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Olumide Akpata and the Chairman of NBA welfare Committee, Y.C Maikyau SAN on the successful launching of the pilot scheme health insurance for the Association.

Health, they say is wealth. There have been different cases of deaths out of undisclosed ailment in the NBA Nationwide. Some of these cases occurred as a result of our enervated attitude towards our health conditions and also because of hospital bills.

With the introduction of this health insurance and more awareness being created for our wellbeing in our various branches, it will reduce the rate of sudden death on our colleagues.
