It is with great delight that I send this message of goodwill to the executive and members of the Eastern Bar Forum (“EBF”) as they hold their general meeting on Saturday the 4th day of June, 2022.
I have been religiously attending the EBF quarterly meetings for years. I am indeed pleased to be associated with the continuous conviviality that exists amongst the members of the EBF. I sue for its continuity.
The EBF is a league of some of the greatest and brightest minds of the NBA, and has produced some of the most impactful presidents and leaders of our dear Association.
This meeting is coming at a season of transitions in governments at both our Association, and the Nation. As a result, series of electioneering activities are gearing up. The EBF has a lead role to play in ensuring that we get it right at both ends. This I believe the EBF is well able to achieve.
I wish the members of the Forum the very best as they attend. May you have a fruitful and robust deliberation, and a safe trip back to your various destinations.
