Terms of Reference amongst others are as follows
1 To ensure the provision of an effective, comprehensive, and coordinated response to cases of gender-based violence
2 To ensure the effective prosecution of gender-based violence cases in the State
3 To represent the Bar in any fora involving issues of sexual and gender-based violence
4 To liaise with the Police, Ministry of Justice, and the Judiciary in ensuring the effective implementation of the VAP Law
5 To raise awareness of gender-based violence issues among stakeholders, survivors, and members of the public.
