I write to heartily felicitate with the Chairman, Bar leaders and the entire members of the NBA Young Lawyers Forum Maiduguri on the seminar held on Monday, 21st February, 2022 at White Arena Gobbler Road Maiduguri, Borno State.
The theme of the Seminar was “ Displacement and Resettlement in Borno State: Legal issues on Land Dispute & Resolution.
It is my belief that this meeting would rise, proffering practical solutions to these identified challenges.
As you deliberate at your meeting, I admonish you to lend your voices on the current issues bedevilling the resettlement of the internally displaced persons (IDP’s) in Borno State.
As a very revered body of lawyers and in collabration with the Norwegian Refugee Council, I urge you to never relent in your strive at championing a way out to put at rest all issue concerning the IDP’s.
Let’s preserve the future of the Legal Profession in Nigeria by ensuring a conducive situation where our profession will thrive.
