It is with great shock and sadness that we received the sad news of the demise of Hon. Justice Olatokunbo Bamgbose, husband to our immediate past Chairperson & current Deputy Vice-Chancellor, University of Ibadan, Prof. Oluyemisi Bamgbose.
On behalf of the Executive Committee, the Council and the entire members of the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum, I commiserate with Prof. Oluyemisi Bamgbose and her entire family on this huge loss.
Hon. Justice Olatokunbo Bamgbose was until his death a Judge in the Ogun State Judiciary, a perfect gentleman, a loving husband and father to three children. He lived a fulfilled life, making great impact to the Bar and the Judiciary. His death is a great loss to the legal profession and the nation at large and we share the pain of his death.
It is my earnest prayer that God in His infinite mercy, will comfort his entire family and grant them the grace to be strong through this trying period. May the soul of our dear departed rest in perfect peace.
