In a statement made available to us, Mrs. Bala noted that the appointment is one which will ensure efficiency in the general administration of the Supreme Court.
She stated that she was particularly excited as the appointment of a female member of the Bar as Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, clearly shows that women have indeed broken the glass ceiling and can aspire to the highest levels of their careers.
She commended the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed on making an excellent choice in the appointment of the Chief Registrar and urged Hajo Sarki Bello to always project excellent administrative skills and to serve with integrity so she can do female members of the profession and all members of the Bar proud!
