    Dearest Colleagues,

If you want to save, don’t start spending with the hope that you’ll save whatever remains. More often than not, nothing will be left because the more money you have available, the more expenses will seem to appear. It’s easy to justify spending, and one expense often leads to another.

However, when money isn’t readily available, we naturally find ways to manage without it. That’s why it is good to learn to prioritize savings and have a savings plan—once you transfer money to savings plan, you treat it as if it no longer exists.

When you receive an appearance fee or a professional fee, don’t keep it to yourself, save part of it before spending.

The key is simple: save first, then spend what’s left—not the other way
