A middle-aged woman, identified as Falmata, has been found dead near Federal University, Gashu’a, Yobe State.
According to multiple sources, residents of the town saw her lifeless body dumped by the roadside early Friday morning and alerted security agencies.
“Nobody knows who killed her and where they took her from, we only saw her lifeless body dumped by her killers,” one of the sources said.
“I know her very well. She was a food vendor at the motor park and vegetable market in Gashu’a, she was a peaceful woman,” another source said.
Other residents of Gashu’a town have appealed to the Yobe State Government and security agencies to launch a full a scale investigation and fish out her killers.
The emphasized the need to check the strange killings of innocent citizens in the state.
