Bias simply means to put an end to the stereotypes faced by women and to break the bias requires a collective effort of individuals, corporate Organizations and civil Societies/Non governmental organizations.
Let us imagine a world where women are assessed based on their productivity and not their gender.
Let us imagine an inclusive world where women are not judged unfairly just because of their gender.
Imagine a world where diversity is respected and celebrated.
Imagine a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination.
Together we can ” BREAK THE BIAS ” and make the world a friendly place for the women to showcase their strength without fear. Women tomorrow can be the President of Nigeria, women tomorrow can be the President of NBA. Today, Joyce Odua is the General Secretary of NBA. Our women should show more interest in position.
To my darling wife, all female lawyers, FIDA, AWLA, Women in Rotary, Churches and Mosque and all Nigerian women, you’re the change we desire. Today, you’re recognized and celebrated.
As I join the world to celebrate you today, I restate my commitment to always lend a voice to the globalized call for gender equality, eradication of all forms of violence or discrimination against women and promotion of the girl child education world over.
I can’t imagine a world without women…
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY !!!
Chukwuemeka Mbamala Esq.
Past NBA Assistant Publicity Secretary.
