IMO STATE GOVERNOR, DIST. SEN. HOPE UZODINMA APPOINTS PROF. U.U. CHUKWUMAEZE, SAN, AS ACTING VICE CHANCELLOR, IMO STATE UNIVERSITY, OWERRI.

The Governor of Imo State and Visitor to the University, Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodinma, has today, Tuesday the 1st day of March, 2022, appointed Prof. U.U. Chukwumaeze, SAN, the Acting Vice Chancellor of Imo State University, Owerri.

Until his appointment, Prof. Chukwumaeze was the Dean of Postgraduate Studies of the University, and has served as the Dean, Faculty of Law.

Prof. Chukwumaeze is an Ivy-league and erudite Professor of Criminal Law, a consummate Senior Advocate of Nigeria and a seasoned University administrator.

The Bar congratulates him and wishes him a fruitful tenure.
