Women should be seen and heard in law profession and they should be afforded more field within which to handle larger projects .Adesina Adegbite said he will always be at the fore front in advocating that women should be given the opportunity and environment they need to strive and succeed.
There are implicit and unconscious bias when considering gender in this profession and we all must work hard in breaking this bias and the common goal is to be deliberate to ensure that women must stand tall to be recognized and given the atmosphere to spread their tentacles . We must remove all the filters and the barriers .
He explained further saying that we are quite aware times are changing as deliberate efforts are in place to break free of these bias but they are still preconceived ideas that we need to focus on in eradicating all the ideas of bias against women lawyers and he is ready to lead and collaborate with relevant stake holders to ensure that their is light that is shinning for the Nigerian woman who represents hope and continuity .
