In pursuance of the directives of the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Olumide Akpata that all NBA branches should visit Governors within their States to demand for the compliance of the provisions of Section 121(3) of the Constitution; and to that effect, the leadership of the branches in the FCT (Abuja branch, Bwari branch and Gwagwalada branch) has decided that all lawyers practicing in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in solidarity with the presidential directive should converge at the NBA National Secretariat at Muhammadu Buhari Way, Abuja to visit the leadership of the National Assembly on Monday the 19th day of April, 2021.
All lawyers must be formally dressed.
The departure time to the National Assembly is 9 p.m prompt.
Members are hereby encouraged to make themselves available.
