The Planning Committee for the forthcoming African Regional Congress of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) scheduled for Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, from the 24th to the 27th of August, 2023 is urging intending participants to ensure prompt registration and accommodation payments within the stipulated time windows in order to avoid a last-minute rush.
In a statement made available to NEWSWIRE Law & Events Magazine, the Committee disclosed that the ‘Early Bird’ registration for window for the event (May 1 – July 1, 2023) is set to close soon. The fee for early bird registration is N40,000 for members, while regular registration for members (ie from July 12 to August 12, 2023) is N50,000. The fee for non-members is N55,000, with the regular window also running from July 12 to August 12, 2023.
The entrance fee for the end-of-Congress Dinner, the statement added, is N5,000.
In regard to hotel accommodation, the Planning Committee also disclosed that each of the designated hotels around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) goes for a heavily-discounted N24,000 per night.
