As the year 2022 draws closer to an end, we, the Young Lawyers of Enugu Bar are calling on all the young lawyers of Enugu State, irrespective of the branch, to join us in our upcoming symposium of ENBAR YLF on Friday, 2nd December, 2022 by 3pm. The symposium is a well packaged and educative one for the young lawyers where Ikeazor Akaraiwe, S.A.N will be the keynote speaker coupled with other distinguished learned colleagues who will share insights on the topic: “where there is no vision, the Young Lawyer perishes”
It will be a fun-filled event and an avenue to meet and interact amongst ourselves after tapping from the knowledge of the Learned Silk and other distinguished senior colleagues.
It is also a program the immediate past excos of Enugu Bar YLF ably led by Chielozonam Onyianta Esq., are much involved with its members who are above 7 years post call.
We unanimously thank our parent body, Enugu Bar, ably led by Chief CNN Nwagbara Esq. and his executives for creating the enabling environment through which we are soaring on. And not leaving behind his immediate predecessor Barr. Ezegwui Jude Ifechukwu who did wonders to bring our new bar center to the level it is now. We also thank the Chief Judge of Enugu State, Hon. Justice A.R. Ozoemena who in support of the program, approved the use of the High court hall complex(Hon. Justice A. I. Umezuruike Auditorium) for the symposium.
We continually appreciate a Learned Professor and Senior colleague (who prefers to remain anonymous) who sponsored 10 young Lawyers at the last NBA-AGC by paying for their accommodation, Transport fare and Cash of N25k each. This is really huge and we pray God to continue to keep and provide for him.
We also thank all our sponsors for this upcoming event so far and we pray for the almighty God to replenish their pockets and sustain them.
In addition, we appreciate some of our colleagues who have also voluntarily paid the Dinner dues for 14 Young Lawyers. May God bless and prosper you always.
Subsequently, on the 3rd of December, 2022, after 2nd December event, we will cap the whole program up with ENBAR physical exercise that will be sponsored by the Young Lawyers Enugu Bar.
On this note we urge all the young lawyers to come one and come all for a December program to remember as it promises to be educative, inspiring, interactive and fun.
Finally, we call on all good minded members of the Bar here present and in diaspora to extend good hand of support and encouragement to the young lawyers who we all know are the future of our prestigious Association and country.
