Honorable Justice K.O Alogba, Chief Judge of Lagos State, has recently announced that starting from April 1, 2024, the Bail Management Information System (BMIS) service will now require a payment of N5000 per Surety. Furthermore, Sureties are instructed to provide their National Identification Number (NIN) along with other verification documents at the BMIS offices situated within the different Magistrates Courts.
