The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos State has discharged ex parte orders it made against Aeroland Travels and other properties said to belong to a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Segun Adewale
The trial judge, Justice Olukayode Ogunjobi ordered that all construction works in the disputed land measuring about 101.673 Hectares should be stopped and the defence should appear before it and shows why it should not grant all reliefs sought by the claimants.
She also advocated for disruptive technologies like mobile technology, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, data analytics and internet of things in driving and supporting its business.
According to INEC, as of May 16, 9,238,991 fresh registrants had registered online but of this figure, only 5,845,751 had completed the physical registration process.
This development came when the Federal Government noted that only states with established health insurance schemes and contributory schemes would benefit from the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund.
The agency said the suspects, involved in various criminal activities, including kidnapping, armed robbery, human trafficking, and illegal possession of firearms, among others, were arrested between January and May.
