Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been drawn into Group C of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament, where they will face Tunisia, Tanzania, and Uganda in the group stage.
The draw has set the stage for a highly competitive tournament as 24 nations vie for Africa’s most prestigious football title.
In Group A, host nation Morocco will battle Mali, Zambia, and Comoros.
Group B promises intense action as Egypt, South Africa, Angola, and Zimbabwe lock horns for a spot in the knockout stage.
Senegal, the 2022 AFCON champions, are drawn in Group D, where they will face tough competition from DR Congo, Benin, and Botswana. Meanwhile, Algeria, in Group E, will take on Burkina Faso, Equatorial Guinea, and Sudan.
Defending champions Ivory Coast have been placed in Group F, where they will go up against Cameroon, Gabon, and Mozambique in their quest to retain the title.
