I salute the Nigerian Bar Association, Sagbama Branch as it holds its Annual Law Week, 2022, themed “Bar/Bench And The Administration of Criminal Justice In Nigeria”, which takes place from the 28th to 30th of June, 2022.
The Administration of Criminal Justice System must be anchored in a manner that meets the best practices in democratic settings. The Bar and the Bench are therefore like Siamese twins that must cooperate and collaborate in order to achieve a meaningful progress towards ensuring an effective administration of criminal Justice in Nigeria.
I am happy to be part of the panelists on this very important discourse even as I look forward to learning from other resourceful panelists.
I wish the Branch Chairman and officers, the Branch leaders and the entire members of Sagbama Branch fruitful deliberations and a very successful Law Week.
