A bold, courageous and fearless judiciary is all we need to checkmate the system. In recent times, the Judiciary is beginning to take some bold steps, however it must not be in the interest of the ruling Party but at all times in the interest of justice for the people of Nigeria. Judicial autonomy is very crucial to attaining a just and egalitarian society.
