It is no longer news that part of the Innovations and successes of the Olumide Akpata’s Administration is the provision of easily accessible and affordable Health Insurance Scheme for the members of the Bar (NHIS-GIFSHIP) which is under the Welfare Committee of the NBA.
At the special meeting of the Abuja Branch, held on the 12th of May, 2022, the Chairman of the NBA Welfare Committee; Y. C Maikyau SAN made elaborate explanations on the benefits of being enrolled and urged all members to register; while presenting the NBA NHIS Access Card to Mr. Sani Moyi Esq. and many other beneficiaries.
While appreciating the President of the Bar, Mr Olumide Akpata, for his constant concern for the welfare of the Lawyers; accolades must equally be extended to Mr. Y. C Maikyau SAN and all members of his committee for executing of the task on the committee.
