As you celebrate your 2022 law week tagged “Democracy and Legal Order; Shaping the Future”, it is my prayer that the discussions woven around the theme are not just robust, but impactful. The theme you close for your law week is important because the law is a very vital tool to shape democracy so that it impacts the people positively. If the legal order is respected and the rule of law placed on a deserving pedestal, without a doubt, citizens will enjoy the dividends of democracy. I, therefore, congratulate you on this worthy theme.
