The Nigerian chapter of the African Women Lawyers Association has revealed elaborate plans for its forthcoming parley. The event is scheduled to hold from 11am on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, as one of the sidelines of the 2021 Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
In a statement jointly signed by Margaret Nwagbo and Cordelia Eke, Chairman and Co-Chairman, respectively, of the AWLA NIGERIA Parley Committee, the Association urged its members and would-be participants at the Parley to urgently register for the event. They are required to pay their registration fee/ levy as follows:
1- 5 Years Post-Call – N2,000
6 – 9 Years Post-Call – N3,000
10 – 14 Years Post-Call – N4,000
15 Years and Above Post-Call – N5,000
Non-Members – N5,000
The Association also declared its appreciation in anticipation of donations from members, non-members and well-wishers alike. All monies are to be paid into the following account:
