The Olumide Akpata led Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced a collaboration with Law Pavilion that involves making available the Silver Package of Law Pavilion’s Primsol for free to all young lawyers who are in good financial standing i.e. who paid their Bar Practising Fees before 31 March 2021, and at highly subsidised rates for all other lawyers in good financial standing.
In a release issued by the Publicity Secretary of the NBA, Dr Rapulu Nduka, the NBA stated that Silver Package is ordinarily worth N70,000 a year. For the young lawyers, which refers to members of the Bar who are less than 8 years at the Bar, the package comes for FREE while the rest of the members will get it at highly subsidised rates as outlined below.
The discounted rates as negotiated for Senior Lawyers are as follows:
• 8-15 Years Post call – N3,000 (Three Thousand Naira Only)
• 16-30 Years Post Call – N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only)
• 31 – 40 Years Post Call – N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira Only)
• 41 Years and above + SAN – N25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Naira Only) The benefits of the Primsol subscription to members include:
