On behalf of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, I heartily congratulate Mr. George Etomi on his appointment as a Life Bencher. Mr. Etomi’s elevation to the revered and privileged position of a Life Bencher is a further confirmation that there is reward for hard work and integrity. Mr. Etomi’s contributions to the legal profession and his faithful adherence to the ideals and principles of the profession cannot be overstated. His appointment therefore did not come as a surprise.
