Chief Emeka Ozoani, SAN. the Immediate Past Chairman of NBA Natl Welfare Committee was a Special Guest of Honour at the NBA Effurun Branch Monthly General Meeting held on the 26th of January, 2025.
Amongst the events scheduled for the meeting was the adoption of the Learned Silk as an honorary member of the branch, courtesy of a motion proposed by Ben U. Akpejunor, Esq., a Senior member of the branch and seconded by Ben Ubioworo, Esq. a past Chairman of the branch.
As a mark of appreciation to the Branch, the Learned Silk presented a Cheque of N3, 300,000.00 to the Branch Chairman to onboard 150 of its members on the NBA Health Insurance Scheme.
The Branch in appreciation of the Learned Silk’s gesture, honoured him with an Award of Excellence.
