In furtherance of our aims and objectives, vision and mission statements,we have considered it necessary to establish a High Powered committee on Intergovernmental relationship between Ebonyi and Enugu States Governments and Wawa Lawyers’ Association Nigeria WALAN. We Pleaded with these persons of proven integrity who have Distinguished themselves in the field of our Noble Profession and they have all willingly accepted to render their selfless services for the betterment of Wawa course/Land. They are as follows:
1. Prof Joy Ezeilo SAN, Learned Silk and Professor of International Repute, Wonderful Woman Of Timber and Calibre, CHAIRMAN (08033062359).
2. Chief Cletus Ofoke, former Honorable The Attorney General Of Ebonyi State, Gentle Man Per Excellence and Political Juggernaut, SECRETARY (08034861310).

These well respected personalities will serve as the link between the Noble House and Our two State Governments on issues that relates to:
1. Designing of Law curriculum to be taught in both primary and secondary schools in (English as well as Igbo language) in the two States when the time is ripe. Education is dynamic and we are moving forward towards greatness in line with the best educational practices of the 21 century. In places like, India, China and Japan to mention only a few, science and technology is taught in their various indigenous languages starting in the kindergarten upto the university level. The benefit of such giant leap of teaching law starting with our primary and secondary schools cannot be overemphasized because it will keep our younger generation very far ahead of other states in Nigeria in respect of Law Learning and Law Practice afterwards.
We can really make it happen here in Nigeria starting with in Wawa Land. Enugu State Government has already been able to introduce the smart schools and our proposal to introduce the teaching/introduction of Law curriculum in both primary and secondary schools in Igbo/English language will be an added advantage.
2. The work of the committee on Intergovernmental relationship will know bounds as they are to make sure that they introduce the synergy and better working relationship and trust between Ebonyi and Enugu States which will ensure that Equity, Fairness and Justice is reflected in our dealings.
3. They are to work towards building of Wawa House, Our Secretariat, which may be Known as ‘The Noble House’ as time goes on. Etc.
