The Nigerian Bar Association Port Harcourt Branch wishes to inform the general public that the Presidential Investigation Panel on Abuses by the Military headed by Hon. Justice B. A Georgewill of the Court of Appeal, for South South Zone, will sit in Port Harcourt from Monday 25th Sept to Thursday 28th Sept 2017at the CJ’s Ceremonial Court Hall, High Court Premises, Station Road, PH by 9am. The panel is still open to receiving complaints and same will be entertained whether or not a memorandum had earlier been submitted. Verifiable abuses will be compensated and in deserving cases the officers involved will be prosecuted.
