2018 NBA Election: Olagbenga Olawale Emerges Chairman of Akure Branch
The Akure branch of the Nigerian Bar Association has elected new Excos to pilot the affairs of the branch for the year 2018 -2020.
In a circulated elections result sheet signed on Friday 1st of June 2018, by the Chairman of the NBA Akure Electoral Committee, Mr. L. K. Dare, Esq. and the Secretary D.J. Akindehin Esq, Olagbenga Daniel Olawale emerges newly and duly elected chairman with 196 votes, beating his closest rival Olusola Oke who got 130 votes. The third candidate, J. I. Adeyanju got only 1 vote. Other candidates for elective positions were unopposed.
