Young Lawyers Forum of Premier Branch Holds a 1-day Seminar: “Rising to the Top”
The Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos (Premier) Branch, holds a 1-day Seminar tagged “Rising to the top”.
It is slated for Friday, 23rd February 2018, 2pm at the Foyer, High Court of Lagos State, Lagos Division, Igbosere Road, Lagos Island.
This event is co-hosted by the Chairman, NBA Lagos Branch and Chairperson, YLF, NBA Lagos Branch and proudly sponsored by the NBA Lagos Branch.
The Seminar would showcase among other things, wave-making young lawyers speaking on different contemporary topics.

The event will be chaired by Stella Duru, (Partner, Banwo & Ighodalo). Duru, who believes in the Nigerian thing once convinced one of their biggest clients that there was no requirement for international counsel on one of their deals and that, “we as a Nigerian Firm could successfully negotiate the relevant contracts (even at cheaper rates, thus helping with the cost profile of the company) with the same if not better quality than international colleagues.
“I believe young lawyers have potentials,” she would always say.
