Tolu Aderemi Set to Launch Book on International Arbitration – Titled: ‘International Commercial Arbitration Law & Practice:- The Practitioner’s Perspective’
Perchstone & Graeys’ Partner, Tolu Aderemi is set to publicly present his book titled ‘International Commercial Arbitration Law & Practice: The Practitioner’s Perspective’ on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at The Metropolitan Club (strictly by invitation) and via Zoom.
The book, a compendium of scholarly chapters focuses on contemporary topics which will deepen the practice of arbitration, whether at a junior/mid/senior levels. It is therefore a Practitioner’s guide with eminently qualified contributors such as Kamal Shah (UK), Funke Adekoya SAN, Tunde Ajibade SAN, Doyin Rhodes-Vivour SAN, Funmi Roberts FCIArb, Hon. Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, Tunde Fagbohunlu SAN, Osaro Eghobamien SAN, Chief Bolaji Ayorinde SAN, Bode Olanipekun SAN, Tunde Busari SAN, Ikponwosa Omigie (Company Secretary, NAPIMS), Prof. Alero Akeredolu, Prof Olawuyi etc.
Amongst the dignitaries set to attend the book launch are the Ooni of Ife, his Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, the President, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Francis Xavier, the President-Elect of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Olumide Akpata, Mrs. Funke Adekoya SAN and the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Oyo State, Prof. Oyelowo Oyewo. The public presentation will be chaired by Chief Bayo Ojo, SAN, FCIArb (former Attorney General of the Federation).
