Taxation Training: CLE & Mentorship Committee of NBA Lagos Branch Partners PWC
As you are aware the focus of the CLE & Mentorship Committee of the Branch for this month of February is on Taxation.
To this end we are collaborating with PWC to provide tax training for members of our branch. The training which is being provided at the subsidized rate of N17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Naira) per delegate is scheduled for the 21st of February, 2018. As a precursor to the training and in a bid to enlighten members on the need to understand taxation, Mr. Moshood Afolabi Olajide, a lawyer and partner at PWC was invited to speak at NBA Lagos Branch Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS) on Monday the 12th of February, 2018.
We session as expected, was lively and also had invited tax practitioners in the branch to err their views. it was an interactive and interesting session.
As it’s a tradition of the Branch, they will be sponsoring 10 young lawyers to the tax training scheduled for the 21st of February, 2018. A ballot was carried out in this regard at the February monthly meeting.
