Sabastine Anyia Wishes Muslim Colleagues Barka-de-Sallah
I join my Muslim colleagues, Nigerian Muslims and indeed Muslims all over the world to celebrate EID MUBARAK.
This celebration is an eloquent testimony that nothing good comes easy. After so many days of fasting, suffering and endurance comes this great day of celebration.
As a nation, we have so much to learn from the process that led to this celebration. We may be suffering now from one government policy to another but I assure you that we shall celebrate soon and all our sufferings will be a thing of the past.
I wish you a joyful and happy sallah celebrations today, may your home be blessed with joy and peace. May good things always be your portion. You will encounter prosperity in all your ways, and you will have every reason to praise the Almighty Allah.
Finally, may Allah accept the fasting of Muslim faithfuls as an act of worship, grant our great country peace, unity and progress.
May He (Allah) also grant you the grace to witness many more of it’s kind.
