New Boss of Eko Disco Vows to Pursue ‘Energy Thieves’
A new wind of change is blowing in Eko Electricity Distribution Company, and anybody who stands in its way runs the risk of being cast by the wayside.

That, according to NEWSWIRE’s Lagos correspondent, was the pledge given by the company’s new Managing Director, Engr. Adeoye Fadeyibi. Engr. Fadeyibi was speaking on the occasion of the formal presentation of ‘Forget Not His Benefits,’ an autobiography in honour of the company’s retiring MD, Engr. Oladele Amoda, FNSE, M.IoD, held at the prestigious Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos.
In striving to meet and even exceed customer expectations, Fadeyibi said, Eko DISCO must enhance its ‘Say : Do’ ratio, in addition to adopting a whole new approach to doing business.
‘Eko DISCO is not an NGO!’ he declared, vowing to intensify the company’s crackdown on ‘energy thieves’ and other saboteurs undermining the company’s efforts to deliver quality service to its teeming customers. The incoming MD also disclosed that his plan of action would revolve around the core values of ‘People, Standards, Accountability and Teamwork.’
