NBA Benin Branch Humanitarian Committee Distributes Commodities to Young Lawyers
The Humanitarian Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Benin Branch has indicated it’s time lines for the distribution of commodities to Young Lawyers as palliative owing to the economic downturn occasioned by the Convid-19 Virus. This was indicated in a Statement issued by the Secretary of the Douglas Ogbankwa Esq., on Saturday 4th April, 2020 in Benin City.
The Statement reads:
“The NBA Benin Branch – the Lion Bar shall give out palliative commodities,which include Rice, Indomie, Vegetable Oil and Hand Sanitizers toù Young Lawyers from 1pm on Tuesday the 7th of April, 2020 to support Young Lawyers in view of the Economic Downturn occasioned by the prevailing Covid-19 Virus.”
You will recall that the NBA Benin Branch Chairman Prince Collins Benson Ogiegbaen, AICMC, recently set up the NBA Benin Humanitarian Committee ,with a view to cushioning the hardship on the Branch’s Young Lawyers, owing to the harse economic effects of the Covid -19 Virus on them. The Committee has the following Members and other coopted Members:
