Former NBA President, Agbakoba, Okays Okey for Vice Chairman of Premier Bar in 2019 Elections
Okey Ilofulunwa has shown in several ways that he has the ability, desire and leadership skills to be the man we need for the position of Vice Chairman of NBA Lagos Branch.
Ilofulunwa got this certification during his visit to the former NBA President, Chief Olisa Agbakoba (SAN) at his office.
The former President said, Okey has been a long-time advocate of good behavior especially in the areas of professional conduct. It won’t be a bad idea to throw one’s weight behind the best.
Agbakoba said, my endorsement for Okey should be seen as a signal that the candidate is worth investing time and resources into because he is running a good campaign, has a compelling manifesto, and that I have confidence in him as an individual.
However, I endorse anyone who meets the criteria of the bar, and fits the descriptions of the position he or she is vying for. And in my view, Okey-is-okay. He’s approachable and genuinely committed to the bar, Agbakoba concluded.
