An Evening with Gbenga Oyebode, MFR
Mr. Gbenga Oyebode, a mentor to many young lads, especially young legal practitioners, will play host to young lawyers on Friday 9th of Feb., 2018, at his office; Aluko & Oyebode, 1, Muritala Muhammed Drive (Formerly Bank Road), Ikoyi – Lagos, at 4pm.
The Guest Speaker for the evening, Mr. Tunde Fagbohunlu, SAN who is also a Senior Partner at Aluko & Oyebode will enlighten the participants on the theme for the evening, ‘Law as a Business’.
According to the Chairman of CLE & Mentorship Committee of the NBA Lagos Branch, Mr. Tobenna Erojikwe, he said, audience participation is comprised of young lawyers of between 1 – 7 years post call. Early callers already occupied the limited space for the evening while many who were still calling are uncomfortable with the expected number participation.
Gbenga Oyebode is a specialist in corporate commercial work and is particularly knowledgeable with regard to the telecoms market.
In his capacity as Managing Partner, he coordinates the various practice areas of the Firm. In addition to his managerial role, he heads the Firm’s corporate and energy practice areas. Mr. Oyebode has extensive experience in corporate and commercial practice, and in the negotiation of complex commercial agreements for a wide variety of transactions
Mr. Gbenga Oyebode is a former Chairman and a Governing Council Member of the NBA-Section on Business Law.
