COVID-19: FIDA Lagos, Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs & Poverty Alleviation Distribute Palliatives to Indigent Women and Widows
FIDA Lagos Chapter in collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) distributed palliatives to indigent women and widows in Lagos State to cushion the hardship resulting from Covid-19 pandemic.
FIDA Lagos’ clients and other indigent women and widows were among the beneficiaries of the enormous palliatives.
The ministry of women affairs, Lagos State has remained resolute in its commitment to continue collaborating with FIDA Lagos in all spheres to ensure diligent exercise to achieve its core objectives.
Notably, FIDA Lagos have been reaching out and distributing palliatives severally to indigent and vulnerable members of the society, since the outbreak of the Pandemic. One of the most remarkable and compassionate was to persons living with disabilities at Ikorodu.
