Chinyere Obasi has proven to be one of the most tangible women the bar has produced. Her humility and friendliness is second to none. This woman has contributed immensely to Lagos branch by serving as social/welfare Secretary of the branch. Her contributions was noted by the good people of NBA Lagos branch that they offered her to contest for the Second Assist Sec. of the NBA National in which she served our great Association meritoriously and today she is applauded.
It is unfortunate that the ECNBA dropped her along the line. I personally admire her drive so much that I had told my people that if it isn’t me, it should be her and they all agreed because no one unless he who is blinded by hate will look and not see the potentials in her.
A lot of times when we get disappointed we wallow in pain and self pity so much so that we forget the popular saying, ” every disappointment is a blessing .” Chinyere, this particular disappointment is to allow you time to restrategize and come back better because you are a force to be reckoned with and you cannot be easily done away with. Yesterday is gone but tomorrow will come and it will be brighter.
So to the alpha female, the force, the Amazon; we await your tomorrow.
