Arthur Obi Okafor, SAN Mourns Untimely Passage of Mohammed Bala
Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Reforms Committee, Chief Arthur Obi Okafor, SAN has expressed shock over the death of Mohammed Bala, Esq. who died today after undergoing three different surgeries within 72 hours.
The learned silk said that “though Bala was a young lawyer, he was a detrabalized, humble and friendly person, who believed in the service to humanity.”
He described the late lawyer’s demise as a painful loss and prayed that his family took solace in the fact that he lived a good life and have left behind fond memories.
May his soul rest in perfect peace.
